1.  All Products shipped within 48 hours of order placement.

2.  Orders shipped standard ground - unless otherwise noted (typical delivery in the United States is 2 to 6 days) Orders are shipped from the west coast; therefore, locations on the east coast will usually take 4 to 6 days. Orders on the west coast will take 2-4 days.

3.  Orders shipped to a PO Box will not be tracked; therefore no refunds can be given for delivery errors. It is highly advised to ship to a physical address.

4.  Any orders of 2 lbs of chocolate or less sent priority or express mail will be untrackable. Larger orders can be tracked. If you would like your order to be tracked, please mention in the "comments" section of your order. If you do not make this mention, refunds and/or reshipments will not be accomodated.

5.  All pick up and deliveries are done Monday thru Friday. No shipping occurs on Saturday or Sunday.

6. Shipping on miniature fountains is a standard price anywhere in the United States. $19.99 for the Sephra Classic or Elite fountains. $14.99 for the Standard fountain.

8. An email will be sent from the shipping carrier within 72 hours of your order, detailing the facts about your shipping order.
